Hi, I’m Kelly Hipskind — founder of Redemptive Advisors, lifelong fisherman, and proud advisor to business owners of small to mid size businesses looking to sell, buy, or grow.  The ones who are bold enough to take the rod and reel next.

 

I’ve spent years navigating murky waters — not just lakes and oceans, but creating and running start ups, investing in early stage ventures, owning and operating real estate, managing boardrooms, balance sheets, and burnout. I’ve built businesses. I’ve successfully exited some. I’ve sat across the table with sellers afraid to let go, and buyers unsure if they could reel it in.
